Regarding Pricing
Each project has unique requirements and varying levels of design complexity, resulting in different fees. We provide reasonable quotes based on your specifications. Listed prices may differ from your actual quote.

Design Style
Please communicate all design requirements thoroughly before commencement. Changes during the design process require renegotiation of pricing. Projects cannot be altered once design work begins.

About Production
OLOEY is a design/planning service company and does not provide printing or production services. If you require production, you may have your designs printed or produced at an offline advertising shop after receiving our source files.

About Final Approval
Buyers should carefully review and approve designs before finalizing them. Once approved, designers are not obligated to make further modifications or redesigns. Minor adjustments may be provided free of charge within one month depending on complexity. Significant modification requests will incur additional fees. After finalizing, buyers must thoroughly review before proceeding to proofing and production. Errors discovered at this stage will be corrected free of charge by our store, but we assume no liability for any costs incurred.

Regarding Collaboration
We reserve the right to terminate cooperation at any time without liability for buyer losses under any of the following circumstances:
① The buyer exhibits poor attitude, fails to cooperate, or disrespects our designers.
② The buyer's requests exceed the capabilities of our designers.
③ The buyer makes unreasonable demands during the collaboration.
