Revisions
Ensure all design elements are finalized before commencement. If changes to content or naming occur after design initiation or completion, this constitutes secondary design work. You may opt for a full refund or pay additional fees for the revised design. Minor additions or adjustments to original requirements incur no extra charges.
Regarding After-Sales Service
Full refunds are provided for unsatisfactory designs. After 1-3 revisions, a 50% refund applies; after 4-5 revisions, a 30% refund applies. Once the design is finalized or the advertisement is published, no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your respect for our work.
Regarding Collaboration
We reserve the right to terminate cooperation at any time without liability for buyer losses under any of the following circumstances:
1. The buyer exhibits poor attitude, insults, or abuses our team during the collaboration.
2. The buyer requests work beyond our designers' capabilities.
3. The buyer makes unreasonable demands during the collaboration.
